Rapid speed PVC doors, from HengTaichang offer optimum degree of
functionality, high durability, advance innovation and increased
safety comparing to the rapid speed doors of the market. System
consists of the power group box that integrates all controls
(motor, transmission, manual override), the drive shaft the guides
and the PVC curtain
Characteristics:
PVC Curtain:
Door curtain consists of PVC tarpaulin sheets, reinforced by high
tenacity polyester mesh, PVC coated in both sides. Thickness varies is from 1.0mm to 2.0mm. Surface of PVC curtain is separated by horizontal aluminum sections
that offer integrity to the construction and resistance
to mild wind pressure. Curtain is available in a variety of colors.
Standard colors: Blue, Orange, Red and Yellow. Besides the PVC tarpaulin there is option to use leafs of
translucent (transparent) material that allow visibility,this
material is essentially less durable than PCV tarpaulin, especially
in low temperatures.
Control Board:
Control Board integrates all the electronic (circuits, connections)
required for the operation of Rapid Speed Door.
Power Group:
Power Group box integrates electronic inverter alongside all
mechanical parts (motor, reducer, electromagnetic brake, manual
override input) necessary for the operation of the rapid speed
door. Box is waterproof (IP65) and can be detached and replaced in few
minutes.
Voltage: 220V AC, 16A Frequency: 50Hz The control panel is managing the
operation of the motor electronically; it is set to operate with speed ramping both at start and stop.
The control panel can easily be adjusted from user for four
different functions:
1. Rolling up speed adjustment
2. Termination of rolling up speed adjustment
3. Rolling down speed adjustment
4. Termination of rolling down speed adjustment
Besides the above adjustment the operator can also adjust:• Acceleration• Slowdown speed• Electromagnetic breakingThe control panel can accommodate different modes of operation;1. OPEN, CLOSE and STOP with the use of a single button.2. Automatic OPEN with a single push on the button andautomatic CLOSE after a preset time (the time can be set very
easily from manual control on the panel) The control panel is
equipped with emergency stop. For safety, all Rapid Speed Doors are equipped with photocell and
